COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kf Contromatics PAS2200-4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Koyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the XJ037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATSSERVOSTAR manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XJ0316 by Manufacturer Koyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand AKM22GBSC2202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klockner such as LE4501BS1 equipment made by Klockner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS4101DD1 made by Klockner as well as the popular 5857B11 original spares produced by Kistler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 550s1dbOA004 by Kpsi and LE4501BS1 spares by Klockner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NZMH663 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klockner. |
